39concept is a family-owned local brand based in Belarus.

We are a mother and a daughter. The older of us creates knitted clothes, and the younger one creates content for them. This means that all the knitted items here are created by the hands of one person and meet the high standards of a perfectionist craftsman.

Our idea is based on the principles of responsible production and the use of natural materials. We strive to minimize our impact on the environment by making products that are durable and as environmentally friendly as possible.

Cotton clothes should be washed in a laundry bag. This way the knitted items will not get tangled and definitely will not tear on other things in the wash.
Choose the washing mode that is comfortable for you, but stick to the recommendations on the water temperature of 30 ° C.
It is better to dry cobwebs on a hanger or spread out on a horizontal surface.

Things made of mohair should be washed by hand at 30 ° C with the addition of liquid detergent (you can use shampoo for hair).

Remember that a wool sweater should not be washed in a machine, even on wool mode: because of the temperature drop during washing in the machine the delicate roving will be boiled and the sweater will lose its beautiful voluminous texture.

After washing, lightly squeeze. Wash and spin gently and not aggressively.
Also dry on a hanger or flat on a horizontal surface.

We knit items in a single size. The description of each model on our website contains information about the parameters. You can measure your measurements to make sure that the model really suits you.

Your garment will be transferred for shipment within twenty-four hours if in stock. Otherwise, it will take us 7 to 14 days to produce your model. Once your order is ready and shipped, we will be sure to send you an email confirming that your order has been submitted for shipping.

We do not accept orders for items that are not part of our assortment, such as sweaters from other brands.
However, you can order any of our models made of natural materials in the color of your choice and ask us to adjust the length of the item without changing the original price.
