Return of new clothes

A return request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the date of delivery.
Merchandise must be in its original, unused, unchanged, and unworn condition.

Merchandise must be returned with tags and packaging in original condition.
Don't forget deodorant, cosmetics or perfume that can rub off, and beware of jewelry that can snag or tear the item.

If you believe an item is defective or damaged, please contact us so we can help resolve the problem.
